About Me
My career has included collaborations with global organizations such as IBM, Cisco, Carelon Global Solutions, and Merative Healthcare, where my focus has consistently been the same: bringing clarity to complex systems. I work at the intersection of technical precision and human understanding, translating intricate concepts into documentation that supports confident decision-making.
Curiosity drives my work, not as a slogan, but as a discipline. I am interested in how platforms, processes, and emerging technologies fit together, and how they can be structured so they remain usable, governed, and resilient over time.
Alongside technical expertise, I value the role of mentor and communicator. My background in teaching informs how I approach collaboration. Good documentation is not only accurate, it anticipates questions, reduces friction, and supports shared understanding across teams. I thrive in environments where rigor and respect coexist, whether on-site, remote, or hybrid.
Outside of work, I return to the waters of my native Galway. Daily sea swims and sailing aboard traditional Galway Hookers provide balance. My love of travel and cultural exploration broadens my perspective in much the same way good systems design does. Both require attentiveness to context and to how people actually navigate their environment.
Whether in documentation or in life, I am drawn to clarity, structure, and depth.
I build systems that make complexity navigable.
This principle guides my work.
“Good writing is clear thinking made visible.”
